A not so pastoral female pastor, and a farmer got married. Left my call before we had our son, Ian. Took a part time interim call and a month after it ended, had our baby girl, Ella. We have navigated the liturgical life and now navigate the seasons of seeding, spraying, harvesting, and ...cows. I've stayed home for a few years, I've worked part time for a funeral home. I've got a milk cow! Most of the time, I'm convinced we are God's comic relief or at the very least...a riddle.

Sermons, CT Scans, and Helmets, Oh My!
It has been a crazy couple weeks. I am back to work in a church and I have to say, I am absolutely loving it. I like the three days a week and I am amazed at how much better I am at organzing my home and work like when I have a schedule. I come home and have plants for what I want to get done there. It's been great for me, Ian, and Dustin. I have come to the conclusion that I am not meant to be a SAHM full time. I admire women who do it, but I like ministry too much.
